Seeing Through The Trees

I have become increasingly dissatisfied with the flatness of photography. It was in late winter of 2015, influenced by digital editing and layers, that building three-dimensional wooden layers began. Inspired by the expression "you can't see the forest for the trees", I thought of these trees as bars keeping you out from what could be peaceful and serene or barren and lonely. Seen from the sides, the landscape cannot be seen for the trees.
